Emilia Modular Leather Sectional

The Emilia leather modular sectional is one of our best sellers, and the reason is simple: it does whatever your room needs. Every piece is fully finished on all sides — no "back" to hide against a wall — so you can float it mid-room, split it into a sofa and loveseat, or build it out to seven pieces as the family grows.

Genuine leather where you sit, skillfully matched faux leather everywhere else, over high-density foam wrapped in a feather-fiber blend. Corner-blocked frame, sag-resistant platform foundation, non-skid legs. And it's stationary — no motors, no levers, nothing to break.

Comes in Caramel — check the page for current color options. Free threshold delivery across the contiguous 48 states, with Synchrony and Affirm financing available. If you rearrange furniture more than once a year, start here.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Emilia a reclining sectional?
No — the Emilia is stationary. It's built for deep, comfortable lounging and rearrangeable modular layouts, not for tipping back. If you want power recline, look at the Rally-Up.

Is the Emilia real leather?
The seating areas are genuine leather, with matched faux leather on the sides and back (leather-match). Available in Caramel and Black.

Is the Emilia modular?
Yes — fully modular. Seats, corners, chaises, and ottomans connect and disconnect so you can rebuild the layout without tools.

Does the Emilia need to be near an outlet?
No — it's stationary with no power features, so it can go anywhere in the room.

How do I clean the Emilia?
Wipe with a clean, slightly damp cloth. Condition the genuine leather seating areas once or twice a year; the matched faux panels need no conditioning.

Is delivery free?
Yes — free shipping across the contiguous 48 states. Check the product page for whether this product includes free white-glove in-home delivery with setup. Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks.

Can I return it?
Yes — 14-day returns, 20% restocking fee capped at $500, customer covers return freight.

Can I finance it?
Yes — Synchrony and Affirm financing at checkout, plus $50 off your first order as a Select Club member.

Is there a protection plan?
Yes — the Gold Prime Plus 5-year furniture protection plan ($250) is available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders — there are no shipping charges to calculate at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for carrier pickup within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Example:
If you place your order on a Monday, your order will typically be picked up by the carrier between Wednesday and the following Monday. Shipping transit time estimates begin after the carrier picks up your order.

Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been picked up:

• Transit Time: Approximately 6–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Important Note:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Customers located in more rural or less densely populated areas may experience longer transit times, as freight carriers have less frequent routes in these regions.

Additionally, delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions. We will keep you updated on any significant changes to your delivery schedule.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and specialized furniture freight delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

• Smaller Items: Shipped via standard ground carriers.

• Larger Furniture Pieces: Delivered via freight carriers who will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Freight Delivery Note:
If you are unavailable during the scheduled delivery window, redelivery fees may apply. Please communicate promptly with the delivery carrier to avoid additional charges.

Delivery Method

Threshold Delivery (included FREE with all orders):

Standard free delivery is Threshold Delivery: your order is delivered to your front door or garage. It does not include unpacking, room-of-choice placement, or assembly.

Select products include FREE white-glove in-home delivery: we bring it inside to your room of choice, set it up, and remove all packaging and trash — you don’t have to lift a finger. Free white-glove service is stated on the product page wherever it applies.

Delivery Upgrade Options

For products that do not include free white-glove delivery, room-of-choice or white-glove upgrades may be available for an additional fee. Email orders@selectlivingfurniture.com BEFORE placing your order for a quote.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 1 business day. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If any part of your order appears defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report it immediately at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing orders@selectlivingfurniture.com with clear photos of:

• The damaged area(s)

• The product label or SKU

• The packaging and any visible box damage

If damage is not reported within this 24-hour window or is not noted at the time of delivery, the order will be considered delivered in good condition and no claims can be accepted.

We will evaluate all claims and, at our discretion, arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund. Full refunds are not guaranteed once items have been accepted at delivery.

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

• Clearance, custom-made, or final sale items may not be eligible for returns. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Delivery to some remote or rural locations may take longer than the standard delivery times.

• Larger items may require freight carrier delivery with scheduled appointments.
