Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A 20% restocking fee (capped at $500) will be applied to all returns.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping or local pickup fees in addition to the restocking fee, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you have white glove delivery service, please advise our carrier to leave the original packaging behind if you think there is a chance you may want to initiate a return to avoid sourcing your own boxes!
Re-selection Policy
At Select Living Furniture, we understand that choosing furniture is a significant decision. If your original selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a one-time re-selection option:
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a re-selection.
Your new selection must be of equal or greater value than your original order.
If the new selection costs more, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
A 20% restocking fee (capped at $500) will be applied to the re-selection.
Additional delivery or pickup charges will apply if new shipping arrangements are required.
Please contact our customer support team to initiate a re-selection.
Refunds
If you prefer not to re-select and want to opt for a refund, please refer to the requirements in the returns section. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
A 20% restocking fee (capped at $500) will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping or local pickup fees will also be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at orders@selectlivingfurniture.com.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date.
A 10% restocking fee (capped at $200) will be applied to the paid total.
For financed purchases, the financing transaction fee will also be added to the cancellation cost.
For out-of-stock or discontinued orders, no cancellation fees will apply.
Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item:
Report damages within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Include clear photos of both the damage and the packaging when reaching out.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or partial refund as appropriate. Damage reported beyond this window may not qualify for carrier coverage or compensation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on:

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time. We also do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Exact shipping charges will be provided at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for carrier pickup within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Example: If you place your order on a Monday, your order will typically be picked up by the carrier between Wednesday and the following Monday. Shipping transit time estimates begin after the carrier picks up your order.
Delivery Timeframes
After your order has been picked up:
Transit Time: Approximately 6–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Important Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Customers located in more rural or less densely populated areas may experience longer transit times, as freight carriers have less frequent routes in these regions.
Additionally, delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions. We will keep you updated on any significant changes to your delivery schedule.
Shipping Methods
We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and specialized furniture freight delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
Smaller Items: Shipped via standard ground carriers.
Larger Furniture Pieces: Delivered via freight carriers who will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Freight Delivery Note: If you are unavailable during the scheduled delivery window, redelivery fees may apply. Please communicate promptly with the delivery carrier to avoid additional charges.
Delivery Method
Threshold Delivery (Included with all orders): Your order will be delivered to your front door or garage. This service does not include unpacking, placement inside the home, or assembly.
Delivery Upgrade Options
If you would like Room of Choice Delivery (bringing the item inside your home to a selected room) or White Glove Delivery (inside delivery plus unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal), additional costs may apply.
Please contact us at orders@selectlivingfurniture.com before placing your order if you would like a quote or to arrange a special delivery upgrade. Otherwise, Threshold Delivery is the standard delivery method provided.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 1 business day. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If any part of your order appears defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report it immediately at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing orders@selectlivingfurniture.com with clear photos of:
The damaged area(s)
The product label or SKU
The packaging and any visible box damage
If damage is not reported within this 24-hour window or is not noted at the time of delivery, the order will be considered delivered in good condition and no claims can be accepted.
We will evaluate all claims and, at our discretion, arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund. Full refunds are not guaranteed once items have been accepted at delivery.
