To complete your order:

  • Save or screenshot your approved account information after approval
  • Use the account number provided during checkout
  • If you did not save your account information, you can contact Synchrony directly to retrieve your account number

You may also use your approval confirmation in-store before receiving your physical card.

Please note:

  • Physical Synchrony cards typically arrive within 7–10 business days
  • Joint applicants will each receive a physical card
  • A valid ID may be required for in-store purchases

Payments can be made directly through the Synchrony website, through the Synchrony mobile app, or by calling Synchrony customer service.
