Description

Upholstered Performance Fabric, a velvety soft polyester blend that’s family-friendly: it’s easy-care, has a water-repellent coating, and is non-pill/abrasion resistant, making it easy to clean and stand up to heavy use.
Offering medium-soft firmness, the 7-inch-thick seat cushions are constructed with high-density foam cored wrapped in feathers/fiber and high-quality polyester to help them maintain their shape and comfortable feel; they're also reversible to extend the life of the piece.
The square throw pillows and loose, reversible, 7.5-inch-thick back cushions are stuffed with a combination of feather and fiber filling for a softer feel, while the armrests are covered in thick foam padding for a comfy seating experience.
Sturdy, corner-blocked frame made with solid and engineered woods includes high-quality, high-resilience webbing on the back for support; webbing and high-gauge sinuous springs under the seat to prevent sagging; solid wood feet in a brown finish.
Fast, easy assembly: Simply use the connectors on the bases to attach one module to another, fluff the cushions before placing, and enjoy!
This fabric is treated to prevent spills from entering the material and becoming permanent stains; gently blot (don’t rub) any spills right away with a clean, dry, absorbent cloth.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If the original packaging has been discarded, we may still accept the return; however:

The item must be properly repackaged in protective packaging and approved by Select Living Furniture before shipping.
Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A 20% restocking fee (capped at $400) will be applied
Customers are responsible for the restocking fee unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you have white glove delivery service, please advise our carrier to leave the original packaging behind if you think there is a chance you may want to initiate a return to avoid sourcing your own boxes!

Re-selection Policy

At Select Living Furniture, we understand that choosing furniture is a significant decision.
If your original selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a one-time re-selection option:

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a re-selection.
Your new selection must be of equal or greater value than your original order.
If the new selection costs more, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
A 20% restocking fee (capped at $400) will be applied to the re-selection.
Additional delivery charges may apply if new shipping arrangements are required.

Please contact our customer support team to initiate a re-selection.

Refunds

If you prefer to not re-select and want to opt for a refund please refer to the requirements in the returns section. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days with the 20% restock fee deducted from your original total
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at orders@selectlivingfurniture.com.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date.

A 10% restocking fee (capped at $200) will be applied to the paid total.
For financed purchases, the financing transaction fee will also be added to the cancellation cost.
For out-of-stock or discontinued orders, no cancellation fees will apply.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you notice any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item:

Report damages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging when reaching out.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time. We also do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Exact shipping charges will be provided at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for carrier pickup within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Example:
If you place your order on a Monday, your order will typically be picked up by the carrier between Wednesday and the following Monday. Shipping transit time estimates begin after the carrier picks up your order.

Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been picked up:

Transit Time: Approximately 6–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Important Note:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Customers located in more rural or less densely populated areas may experience longer transit times, as freight carriers have less frequent routes in these regions.

Additionally, delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions. We will keep you updated on any significant changes to your delivery schedule.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and specialized furniture freight delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Smaller Items: Shipped via standard ground carriers.
Larger Furniture Pieces: Delivered via freight carriers who will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Freight Delivery Note:
If you are unavailable during the scheduled delivery window, redelivery fees may apply. Please communicate promptly with the delivery carrier to avoid additional charges.

Delivery Method

Threshold Delivery (Included with all orders):
Your order will be delivered to your front door or garage. This service does not include unpacking, placement inside the home, or assembly.

Delivery Upgrade Options

If you would like Room of Choice Delivery (bringing the item inside your home to a selected room) or White Glove Delivery (inside delivery plus unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal), additional costs may apply.

Please contact us at orders@selectlivingfurniture.com before placing your order if you would like a quote or to arrange a special delivery upgrade. Otherwise, Threshold Delivery is the standard delivery method provided.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 1 business day. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at orders@selectlivingfurniture.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right by offering a replacement or a partial refund.
