Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time. We also do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Exact shipping charges will be provided at checkout.

 


Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for carrier pickup within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Example:
If you place your order on a Monday, your order will typically be picked up by the carrier between Wednesday and the following Monday. Shipping transit time estimates begin after the carrier picks up your order.

 


Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been picked up:

  • Transit Time: Approximately 6–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Important Note:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Customers located in more rural or less densely populated areas may experience longer transit times, as freight carriers have less frequent routes in these regions.

Additionally, delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions. We will keep you updated on any significant changes to your delivery schedule.

 


Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and specialized furniture freight delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

  • Smaller Items: Shipped via standard ground carriers.

  • Larger Furniture Pieces: Delivered via freight carriers who will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Freight Delivery Note:
If you are unavailable during the scheduled delivery window, redelivery fees may apply. Please communicate promptly with the delivery carrier to avoid additional charges.

 


Delivery Method

Threshold Delivery (Included with all orders):
Your order will be delivered to your front door or garage. This service does not include unpacking, placement inside the home, or assembly.

 


Delivery Upgrade Options

If you would like Room of Choice Delivery (bringing the item inside your home to a selected room) or White Glove Delivery (inside delivery plus unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal), additional costs may apply.

Please contact us at orders@selectlivingfurniture.com before placing your order if you would like a quote or to arrange a special delivery upgrade. Otherwise, Threshold Delivery is the standard delivery method provided.

 


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 1 business day. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

 


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at orders@selectlivingfurniture.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right by offering a replacement or a partial refund.

 


Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

  • Clearance, custom-made, or final sale items may not be eligible for returns. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

 


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Delivery to some remote or rural locations may take longer than the standard delivery times.

  • Larger items may require freight carrier delivery with scheduled appointments.
