Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
If the original packaging has been discarded, we may still accept the return; however:
- The item must be properly repackaged in protective packaging and approved by Select Living Furniture before shipping.
- Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.

Important:
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- A 20% restocking fee (capped at $400) will be applied
- Customers are responsible for the restocking fee unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- If you have white glove delivery service, please advise our carrier to leave the original packaging behind if you think there is a chance you may want to initiate a return to avoid sourcing your own boxes!
Re-selection Policy
At Select Living Furniture, we understand that choosing furniture is a significant decision.
If your original selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a one-time re-selection option:
- You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a re-selection.
- Your new selection must be of equal or greater value than your original order.
- If the new selection costs more, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
- A 20% restocking fee (capped at $400) will be applied to the re-selection.
- Additional delivery charges may apply if new shipping arrangements are required.
Please contact our customer support team to initiate a re-selection.
Refunds
If you prefer to not re-select and want to opt for a refund please refer to the requirements in the returns section. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days with the 20% restock fee deducted from your original total
- Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at orders@selectlivingfurniture.com.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date.
- A 10% restocking fee (capped at $200) will be applied to the paid total.
- For financed purchases, the financing transaction fee will also be added to the cancellation cost.
- For out-of-stock or discontinued orders, no cancellation fees will apply.
Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately at orders@selectlivingfurniture.com.
- Report damages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging when reaching out.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Warranty purchases
