All panel headboards (53,57,58,87) can attach to a bolt-on metal bed frame B100-31 or B100-66 respectively. Drawers lined with a faux linen laminate for a clean, finished look. Slim profile dual USB chargers located on the back of the night stand top and the side of the headboards. All side storage options (50,150,60,160) requires the use of the B100-11, B100-12, B100-13 or the B100-14 roll slats. All under bed storage units (50,150,60,160) accommodates to 10.5"W x 10.5"D x 11"H cube storage bins. LED lights accent bookcase headboards (63,65,69,85). All beds have a panel footboard (52,84,54,56) and storage footboard option (52S,84S,54S, 56S). Queen (65) and king (69) headboards can attach to a bolt-on metal bed frame B100-31 or B100-66 respectively. Queen (65) bookcase headboard is capable of attaching a full sized metal bolt on bed frame. Twin (63) and full (85) headboards can attach to a bolt-on metal bed frame B100-21. Safety is a top priority, clothing storage units are designed to meet the most current standard for stability, ASTM F 2057 (ASTM International). Drawers extend out to accommodate maximum access to drawer interior while maintaining safety.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Reselection:

At Select Living Furniture, we understand that selecting furniture is a significant decision, and sometimes a piece may not work out as expected. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 10-day re-selection period that starts the day you receive your order. During this time, you may exercise your privilege for a one-time re-selection of your furniture purchase that is equal to or greater than your prior order. If the new order is greater than the prior order, the customer is required to pay the remaining total. A simple 20% restock fee will be charged for the exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@selectlivingfurniture.com.

Select Living Furniture accepts returns of items not yet shipped if notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick up date. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the paid total capped at $400, and for financed purchases, the financing transaction fee will be added. For out-of-stock / discontinued orders, no fees will apply. For more information, please contact our support team.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages would need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or warranties.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Exact shipping charges will be provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the type of furniture and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times can range from 2-3 weeks.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and specialized furniture delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and we will send you a tracking number and the respective carrier's tracking URL within 1 business day. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

Delivery Method

• Threshold Delivery: Delivered to your front door or garage. This option does not include unpacking or assembly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at orders@selectlivingfurniture.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right by offering a replacement or a partial refund.

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Delivery to some remote locations may take longer than the standard delivery times.
